As for the item she used to peer into the past, its grade was not particularly high. It was mainly meant to be used in conjunction with her ability. Its effect was to connect to the sea of information within the Void and search it for key information.
In worlds where "heavenly secrets" existed, that ability would most likely have been useless. Peering into a protagonist might even bring down Heaven's punishment. But this world had no such setting.
