"It's been a long time. I came to pay you a visit today."
In response to Yao Wan's greeting, Merchant Lord cupped his hands and spoke.
"Since you are guests, please come in and have a seat."
Yao Wan smiled faintly from behind the door before speaking. Merchant Lord nodded slightly, then stepped forward with the Shopkeeper of Qian Shan Fang, their figures vanishing into the hazy mist before them.
Even though he had seen countless rare treasures on the Continent of Merchants, this was still the first time he had encountered a space like this.
Before he could marvel at it, however, the mist before his eyes dispersed, and everything suddenly became clear.
Almost the instant he entered this space, as he instinctively surveyed his surroundings, he caught sight of the enormous body below—a body that still resembled a mountain even in death.
Even fallen, the Red Dragon's massive form was enough to blot out the sky.
"A Red Dragon?"
The Shopkeeper of Qian Shan Fang murmured softly behind him. There were not many dragon-descended races left in the Great Thousand World, and the Red Dragon Clan was one of them.
Even among Earthly Supreme factions, dragon-descended races ranked among the foremost powers. Ordinarily, no one would be willing to offend them...
But that was only under ordinary circumstances.
Looking at the recently slain Red Dragon, whose heavy scales still seemed to have faint flames rising from them, the Shopkeeper of Qian Shan Fang was not at all surprised by this unlucky creature's fate.
"It seems the two of you have caused quite a stir since establishing the Fire Domain."
From atop the palace overlooking the Red Dragon's corpse, Merchant Lord immediately spotted the approaching couple and could not help sighing.
The Red Dragon had possessed an extraordinary aura.
