Acquaintances and Old Friends
Though the Dan God Clan was an ancient clan with a heritage spanning tens of thousands of years, it was not simply situated on a single continent. Rather, it was a small world formed from the interwoven combination of several continents.
It was known as the Dan God Realm.
It was said to have been a world created tens of thousands of years ago by their ancestor, the Dan God. However, due to changes in the world, the original small plane could no longer sustain itself. In the end, it had no choice but to connect with the Great Thousand World, becoming a rather unusual region.
The Dan God Realm still retained the repulsive force from its days as a small plane. Without the teleportation spiritual arrays laid within the Dan God Realm, the resistance encountered when forcing one's way in physically was immense. Even an Earthly Supreme would find it difficult to break directly inside.
The Continent of Merchants was extremely far from the Dan God Realm. The Continent of Merchants lay in the western part of the Great Thousand World, while the Dan God Realm was located in the Eastern Region. With at least several hundred continents separating them, even traveling through space by teleportation spiritual array required a month to arrive here.
When the colors of the void finally faded and the palaces before them came into sight, they were greeted by a long-missed medicinal fragrance that refreshed the heart and mind.
"It smells like home."
Yao Wan lightly wrinkled her nose as the medicinal fragrance washed over her. It immediately reminded her of her time in the Yao Clan, and she murmured instinctively.
"It does smell a little like the Yao Clan."
Yao Emperor nodded slightly. Her cultivation had seen little progress
