Continental Origins

The Sun Moon Continent collided with the Douluo Continent thousands of years before the Sky Screen broadcasts. An elderly Soul Engineer attributes much of the resulting conflict to the Douluo side’s hostility toward an unfamiliar civilization. Jing Hongchen later observes that the Sun Moon side benefited from encountering a divided Douluo Continent rather than a unified Martial Soul Hall state 211 240.

The empire develops a technological alternative to the traditional martial-soul hierarchy. Its senior engineers argue that Soul Tools can overcome differences in cultivation and compensate for the Sun Moon Continent’s comparatively limited supply of powerful martial souls 5.

The First Reviewed Timeline

The Sky Screen’s first Huo Yuhao history turns the empire’s rivalry with Shrek Academy into open resentment. During a tournament, Sun Moon contestants are killed, Xuan Zi threatens those present, and he confiscates the Sword of Judgment, a valuable Level 8 melee Soul Tool. Huo Yuhao subsequently uses an exchange-student placement to obtain imperial research and the Snow Empress embryo 8.

During the second tournament in Ming Capital, Huo Yuhao’s group detonates an underground arsenal, killing tens of thousands. The observing empire begins investigating Shrek graduates and issues a nationwide mobilization order. Citizens who previously respected Shrek—including a crown prince who once dreamed of attending it—lose that admiration 9 10.

In the broadcast history, the empire’s industrial system improves living conditions in occupied territories, reducing commoner resistance to unification. Kong Deming’s Level 10 breakthrough gives its military a decisive advantage, but Huo Yuhao and Tang Wutong destroy the Sun Moon Imperial Soul Engineer Legion. Tang San then forces the empire to retreat and adopt the name Heaven Dou Empire 11 12.

The Star Luo-Aligned Timeline

In another reviewed world, Huo Yuhao becomes Star Luo’s new White Tiger War God. His presence prevents the Sun Moon Empire from advancing on Star Luo City, although it conquers northern territories, occupies part of the borderlands, and forces Star Luo to submit 31.

The two empires eventually cease hostilities. Rumors surround Sun Moon Emperor Xu Yunhan because he possesses the same Spirit Eye White Tiger Martial Soul as Huo Yuhao rather than either of the Xu family’s noted martial souls 31.

The Body Sect Timeline

The empire participates alongside the Holy Spirit Cult and Shrek elders in an attack that severely wounds the Body Sect. Huo Yuhao later retaliates by attacking Ming Capital, killing Xu Tianran, capturing Ju Zi, and destroying the empire’s elite legion. He leaves Kong Deming alive 47 48.

Huo Yuhao broadcasts three demands: recognition of Xu Yunhan as emperor, designation of the Body Sect as the sole protector sect with military mobilization authority, and allocation of thirty percent of the annual imperial budget to the Spirit Pagoda. A month of attacks and redistribution of elite wealth isolates the royal family. Kong Deming ultimately submits on behalf of Mingde Hall and the empire’s Soul Engineers 49.

The subordinated empire supplies technology to a restored Heaven Dou Empire ruled by Huo Yuhao and Vina’s son. Its propulsion systems also contribute to the Cross-Sea Conqueror warships, while its core technology helps Huo Yuhao develop True Body Armor 50 54.

The “Sun Moon Yuhao” Timeline

Huo Yuhao deliberately travels west instead of joining Shrek. After staging an injury and damaging his machine, he attracts researcher Lin Yuan’s attention and enters the Sun Moon Imperial Soul Engineer Academy through exceptional-talent admission. The academy accepts his extraordinary array-carving ability despite his low soul power 61 62.

Within three years, Huo Yuhao gains such support among Level 9 Soul Engineers that Xu Tianran considers direct action against him dangerous. He leads the academy’s tournament team and later commands imperial forces alongside Ju Zi after Xu Tianran kills his father and launches a continental war 64 67 72.

The army forces Star Luo City to surrender and strikes north against Tiantou City and the Body Sect. Xu Tianran then attempts to curtail Huo Yuhao’s influence by removing his military authority and sending him into seclusion at Mingde Hall 75 76.

Huo Yuhao subsequently kills Xu Tianran during a weapon demonstration, frames Xu Zihuang, and mobilizes public opinion through leaked evidence of imperial crimes. A Special Administrative Committee takes over state affairs. Kong Deming accepts the demand for a republic, ending the Xu family’s ten-thousand-year rule and proclaiming the Sun Moon United Republic 79 80.

The republic terminates its alliance with the Holy Spirit Cult, redistributes land, provides free martial-soul awakenings, and expands civilian access to Soul Tools. Five years later, the Sun Moon Federation operates as a parliamentary republic, with Xiao Chen elected its first president through Huo Yuhao’s political orchestration 80 81 83.

The Federation reorganizes the Douluo Continent, colonizes other continents, reaches the moon, and defeats the Abyssal plane. It later enters a Deep Space Era and invades the God Realm after refusing demands to dismantle its aerospace infrastructure and surrender Huo Yuhao and Electrolux 87 96 97 104 106.

Its technological success does not eliminate exploitation. Federation councilors seek divine favor and eternal life, betray Huo Yuhao, and begin dismantling the Lunar Elevator. Resistance continues through young Soul Engineers at Mingde Hall and commanders in thirty-two provinces 118.

The Spirit Pagoda Timeline

Without Huo Yuhao obstructing its unification campaign, the empire defeats the three original empires, and Ju Zi kills Dai Hao. Republican reforms later produce the Sun Moon Federation during a ten-thousand-year era of continental unification 127.

By Huo Yuhao’s return, the state has been renamed the Douluo Federation. He questions whether Shrek influenced the change and criticizes the apparent loss of the Sun Moon civilization’s independent direction 130.

The Holy Spirit Kingdom Timeline

The empire initially cooperates with the Holy Spirit Cult. After the Cult destroys Shrek, Xu Tianran places Holy Soul Masters under surveillance and withdraws military support. Huo Yuhao treats the alliance as temporary and expects the empire to become an enemy 385.

Following the fall of the original three empires, a border incident becomes the pretext for invasion. Huo Yuhao issues a fabricated proclamation and attacks without investigation or diplomatic warning. Within one month, his forces breach three defensive lines and reach Tongshui Pass 387 388.

The Doom Meat Grinder destroys Kong Deming’s Silver Moon Divine Light Shield. Liao Zhongkai dies defending him, the remaining field army is annihilated, and the attackers advance on Ming Capital. The capital’s Soul Engineers mount coordinated and sacrificial counterattacks, but Huo Yuhao kills Jing Hongchen and many other experts 389 390 391.

Kong Deming merges with the city’s energy system and invokes the Soul Guidance Network as a means of preserving knowledge. Huo Yuhao answers by declaring his intention to kill every educated person capable of transmitting that civilization. He destroys the central energy core, annihilates Kong Deming, and massacres the remaining engineers 391 392 393.

Xu Tianran is executed by Zhongli Wu. The empire is dismantled, survivors are reeducated, and Ming Capital becomes a militarized industrial center called the Hao Reverence District. Non-combat blueprints are destroyed, the written language is abolished, and the spoken language is remade. A five-hundred-meter golden statue of Huo Yuhao replaces the imperial palace 394 395.
