"Hiss, that hurts..."

After watching those two people leave, Uchiha Matsuzaki's eyes began to ache intensely, and blood immediately trickled from the corners of his eyes as his Sharingan deactivated.

"Bleeding, huh? It seems I'm still not proficient enough! I'd better not use it for a while."

Uchiha Matsuzaki wiped his eyes with his hand and stared at the bloodstains on his palm as he spoke.

The young girl, who had been worrying about her own safety just moments ago, was completely stunned by what she had just witnessed.

She never imagined that a boy around her own age, who appeared so slender and frail, could possess such formidable strength.

Although she had been saved, her legs still lacked the strength to stand up.

Uchiha Matsuzaki looked up at the girl, ignored the blood on his face, and walked straight toward her.

Up close, he saw that the girl was exceptionally beautiful, looking almost like a fairy.

Out of courtesy, Uchiha Matsuzaki reached out his hand and said, "Miss, are you alright?"

The girl only snapped back to reality after hearing Uchiha Matsuzaki speak; she had been staring at him, realizing that he was actually quite handsome.

"I'm... I'm fine!" the girl said, lowering her head as her face flushed slightly.

Then, the girl slowly reached out and placed her hand in Uchiha Matsuzaki's.

The moment they made contact, the girl's face turned even redder.

Seeing this, Uchiha Matsuzaki's lips curled upward, and he pulled her up with a steady tug.

"What's with the blood on your face?"

After standing up, the girl looked at the bloodstains on his face and asked with concern.

"It's nothing, just a normal side effect. Don't worry!"

Uchiha Matsuzaki said with a smile.

"Where did those two go? If it weren't for you today, I don't know what would have happened to me!" The girl looked toward the street corner and said in a low voice, her tone tinged with a sob.

"I just used a genjutsu to make them go to the police station and turn themselves in. There, there, don't worry, everything is fine now!" Uchiha Matsuzaki immediately comforted her.

With that, Uchiha Matsuzaki helped the girl walk toward the street corner.

"By the way, I don't know your name yet!" Uchiha Matsuzaki said with a smile.

The girl's face turned slightly red before she whispered, "My name is Chest..."

Before the girl could finish, a woman walking directly toward them shouted loudly, interrupting her.

"Chestnut Snow, why are you here? Your sister had me looking for you all morning. Who are you? Are you bullying my Chestnut Snow?"

"Chestnut Snow, tell me, did he bully you? If he did, I'll make sure to cripple him."

Uchiha Matsuzaki looked at the woman and cursed inwardly, Damn it, I was one second away from knowing her name! Couldn't you have arrived a second later?

"Sister Lan, he's not a bad person. I ran into two drunks earlier and was almost in trouble, but I was saved because he appeared just in time!" Seeing the situation escalating, the girl immediately explained the sequence of events.

Lan looked Uchiha Matsuzaki up and down, then said with disdain, "Him? With that scrawny build? If Chestnut Snow hadn't told me herself, I wouldn't have believed it! Regardless, thank you anyway!"

"Alright, since everything is fine, we should head home. You still have a cold, so you shouldn't be running around! If it gets worse, your parents and your sister will be worried!"

Uchiha Matsuzaki looked at the woman named Lan, his anger flaring up.

The girl nodded and followed Lan forward, though she still seemed very reluctant to leave.

After walking a few steps, she turned her head, smiled at Uchiha Matsuzaki, and said, "My name is Chestnut Snow, it was nice to meet you! I hope we can meet again."

Seeing her smile and finally learning her name, Uchiha Matsuzaki's heart instantly melted, and his previous annoyance vanished into thin air.

"Chestnut Snow. We will definitely meet again!"
