A team in plain uniforms stood in the ring, facing a veteran powerhouse from the Balak Kingdom's competition region. Few spectators thought they had a chance, and some had even left early. Yet the moment the match began, the situation reversed.
A black-haired boy stepped out of the team.
His Martial Soul was a stalk of blue silver grass. Someone in the stands laughed. Blue silver grass? How did a trash Martial Soul dare enter the ring? But a moment later, blue silver grass vines surged wildly from the boy's palm, spreading along the ground and binding the ankles of three opposing team members.
The three struggled several times, but the vines did not budge. Their toughness far surpassed that of ordinary blue silver grass. Then the boy flickered, becoming a blurred afterimage that left seven or eight phantom silhouettes across the ring. The remaining opponents could not even touch the hem of his clothes before the vines bundled them up like rice dumplings.
