Anko and Orochimaru

After listening to the two of them, Uchiha Chen's brow furrowed tightly. He could not help sighing inwardly, Anko really has gone too far! No wonder the two gate guards were so wary of her.

In just these few days, she had assumed dozens of different identities, racking her brains to sneak into the research institute.

On one occasion, her attempt to infiltrate the place failed. Enraged with embarrassment, she actually unleashed a huge swarm of snakes toward the research institute.

Even more absurdly, she had tried to pass herself off as a snake and slither into the institute.

At that moment, Anko stood there listening to everyone's accusations. Her small eyes rolled about defiantly, and she seemed to be muttering something under her breath.

However, faced with irrefutable evidence, she ultimately could not utter a word in rebuttal. When she caught the helpless look Uchiha Chen gave her, a fawning, cutesy expression immediately appeared on her face.

She clasped her hands before her chest, as though begging him to show mercy and let her off the hook.

After all, she had already paid a rather heavy price for this matter.

After Orochimaru stopped her that day, he had punished her by having an enormous python suspend her high in the air and mercilessly whip her backside for a long while in front of everyone at the research institute.

The pain had been unbearable, leaving her unable to get out of bed for an entire day.
