"But as far as I know, quite a few people are hostile toward you. It seems that basically anyone with a bit of status is your enemy."
"That's not being hated. That's called being too outstanding and envied. Please watch your wording, thank you."
Ye Tianyi grinned.
"Fine."
Li Xian'er nodded.
"Speaking of which, what did you come here for?"
For some reason, she asked.
She normally did not talk much, but after spending so much time with Ye Tianyi, coupled with the fact that she truly admired him, she had long been curious about why he had come here. His purpose was definitely not simple, just like hers.
"To get a higher starting point." Ye Tianyi smiled.
"Is that so?" Li Xian'er glanced at Ye Tianyi.

Ye Tianyi asked.

"Hahaha, enough of that. Why did you really come? I'm actually just here to investigate something and help someone out."
Ye Tianyi said with a smile.
"Investigate something? You've only been here for a few months, and before the Ten Thousand Poisons Sect, you were only there for two months. Who could possibly make you change your entire course here?"

It couldn't possibly be related to the outside world, could it?
