Tsunade didn't care what the two elders were thinking.
After all, even if they worked themselves to death, they'd never find the "traitorous" Danzo.
That guy was currently safe and sound inside Sasori's puppet scroll.
After that little interruption, Tsunade continued:
"Earlier, Orochimaru followed my orders and infiltrated Kumogakure. He released the Eight-Tails sealed inside Blue B. The rampaging Eight-Tails wreaked havoc throughout the village, and Orochimaru took advantage of the chaos to bring back the Two-Tails' Jinchuriki."
"Right now, the Two-Tails' Jinchuriki is being held in Konoha Prison. Kumogakure has sent us a letter asking to have him returned. What conditions do you think we should demand?"

The news was so shocking that they needed some time to take it all in.
"Lord Hokage, are you saying the Two-Tails' Jinchuriki is here in Konoha?"
"He's in Konoha Prison, so of course he's in Konoha."
Tsunade took in the astonished, admiring looks on everyone's faces, feeling a surge of delight.
The plan had been Orochimaru's idea, Ye Ning had provided the means to throw Kumogakure into chaos, and Orochimaru himself had captured the Jinchuriki. She hadn't even been all that supportive of the plan.
But that didn't stop Tsunade from enjoying their admiration.
Orochimaru was my old classmate, and Ye Ning was the person closest to me. Their achievements were my achievements!
Tsunade naturally took full credit for Orochimaru's and Ye Ning's accomplishments.
As the Fourth Hokage, having taken office in a time of crisis, she had the support of nearly every clan and the people, but she still needed accomplishments to bolster her standing.
Orochimaru didn't care about that kind of empty praise anyway. She could always provide more support for his experiments afterward.
As for Ye Ning...
