Hai Bo Dong said as he lightly leaped down from the giant tree. Using an exquisite footwork technique, he rapidly approached the hemp-robed old man in the garden like a ghost.

A figure shot out like lightning, carrying a palm wind of extreme icy chill as it silently struck toward the hemp-robed old man's back.
Just as Hai Bo Dong was about to succeed, a fierce and incomparable energy ripple suddenly erupted around the hemp-robed old man. It seemed as though the entire space had begun to boil.
The hemp-robed old man narrowly avoided Hai Bo Dong's dangerous strike. Turning around, he raised his right hand, wreathed in yellow light, and met Hai Bo Dong head-on.

The aftershock from the collision of their energies swept through the entire garden, sending petals drifting through the air.
After exchanging a palm strike head-on, the two retreated evenly matched.
The two staggered back several steps before facing each other.
"Hai Bo Dong? So it was you. I thought the Jia Ma Empire had somehow produced another ice-element Dou Emperor."
After seeing his opponent's face clearly, the hemp-robed old man visibly let out a sigh of relief.
"No, that's not right. Why aren't you dead yet? Weren't you sealed away by Queen Medusa, hiding in some corner somewhere?" the hemp-robed old man immediately roared.
"Hahaha, Old Man Jia, you've mistaken me for someone else. I'm not Hai Bo Dong. As for why I'm not dead, if you haven't died, how could I possibly die?" Hai Bo Dong laughed.
"Stop asking all this nonsense. Let's fight first." With that, Hai Bo Dong flashed forward and pressed toward Elder Jia again.
