It had been ten days since I resumed updates on September 6, so let me talk about my current results.
Simply put, my results had collapsed. New subscriptions were only a small fraction of what they used to be.
I used to get 6,000 new subscriptions every day. Now it was just over 2,000 a day, occasionally barely breaking 3,000. Follow-up subscriptions had fallen to 200, and all the readers had run off.
Some people said it was because traffic dropped after school started, but I didn't think it could have fallen that much all at once. It had to be because of the hiatus.
I had kept up four daily updates, 8,000 words a day, but new subscriptions still hovered around 2,000. The editor had already given up on me.

My friend suggested that I slow down my updates first, sorting out the new map, new dungeons, and new outline while I wrote. But I felt the plot was already mostly done, and even if I slowed down, those few days still wouldn't have been enough.
Besides, since the ending was so close, there wasn't
