From her understanding of Mori Kogoro and Eri Kisaki's current relationship, although the two occasionally got lovey-dovey and still bickered often, the obstacles to working together professionally had basically been cleared away.

Eri Kisaki's cheeks reddened slightly, then her brows rose.
She could more or less understand what her daughter meant, but after all these years of struggling with Mori Kogoro, she would never show weakness in front of her daughter.

"It's not hard to understand. Uncle Mori is expensive these days." Tangze nodded in sudden realization. "But it's different when it's Eri. She's an old client, after all. You can't charge extra for this kind of incidental consultation service, right?"
