There had been a few bugs these past days. One was the mutual reporting at the end of Chapter 205. Zhao Chenghuang had already failed to report once, so he couldn't possibly report the protagonist again. The reports by the others also had to be adjusted accordingly. In the end, it only made sense after changing it so that only Yuan Ting and Green Pine Master had the ability to report.
Another bug was that, in yesterday's long chapter, Earth Lord's points hadn't been counted.
It has now been revised: Sun Miaomiao killed Earth Lord and gained 1 point. That way, as long as the protagonist added one more report entry, Sun Miaomiao would be GG. Luckily, I'd laid the groundwork beforehand.
Actually, for yesterday's chapter, I thought it over carefully again and again, considering and checking it several times.
But I don't know whether staying up late had fried my brain or what, but I overlooked Earth Lord's points.
I've been updating like crazy these past few days, but this kind of plot really can't be written quickly. On one hand, I have to consider whether the plot is exciting; on another, I have to consider how the rules are applied; and on yet another, I have to calculate the points. If I write too fast, there will be a lot of bugs, because the human brain isn't a computer—its processing power is limited.
Everyone who has followed along this far should be able to understand what I mean, even if you're not an author. Just imagine it for yourselves.
Sometimes, in order to rush out an update, I really do deliberately—or involuntarily—overlook certain details.
This chapter had originally been finished yesterday morning, but I felt that four thousand words weren't satisfying enough, not enjoyable enough. So I slept
