At the long blast of a whistle, the Hungarian Hussars were drawn to a warehouse outside a residential district. The wooden building looked utterly ordinary, like a grain barn in the countryside used to store hay.

But as the ground shook, everyone knew something inside was about to come out.

Major Sandor Roy was a battle-hardened Hussar. Every instinct told him to turn and run, but he believed no beast on earth could withstand a hail of bullets—not even a three-hundred-pound Russian strongman.

"Fire! Quickly! Fire!"

The Hussars beside him immediately dismounted and raised their rifles. Gunshots crackled like a string of firecrackers. The wooden doors were riddled with holes, splinters flying everywhere. The noise from inside seemed to fade, but it didn't disappear completely.

Sandor Roy jerked his head, signaling for one of his men to go take a look. A Hussar reluctantly approached the doors and peered through a crack. After one glance, he dropped to the ground and pointed at the doors, unable to speak.

"What did you see? Tell me!" Major Sandor Roy demanded furiously, glaring at his sprawled subordinate.

"A m-monster..."

As the words left his mouth, the battered doors seemed to take a tremendous impact. Even the massive wooden bar serving as a bolt bent out of shape, as though it might snap at any moment. Once, twice.

"Damn it! What kind of monster is it? Open fire!" Sandor Roy roared.

The Hussars opened fire again, but their shots were quickly drowned out by tremendous impacts. First, the iron nails securing the doors flew out from both sides. Then the entire door burst apart like a bubble, sending splinters flying.

A gigantic Steel Behemoth appeared before the Hungarian Hussars. The roar of its mechanical engine and the hiss of steam pouring from it assaulted
