Benedek paused before continuing.

"However, the British maintain their formations exceptionally well, and their soldiers are highly disciplined, just like the Prussians.

"We should also strengthen discipline within our army. Only then can we maintain our relative advantage over the long term."

Franz raised his eyes slightly. He understood that the British had likely developed a dependence on old ways, though they had excuses before. Once this war ended, they would probably have to begin reforming as well.

"Could it be that our Austrian soldiers lack discipline?"
