"Xuan Zi, get out here!" Du Busi's voice rang out again. The dark green pillar of light behind him suddenly surged, dyeing the entire eastern sky an unsettling inky green.
"I'm already out." Xuan Zi's voice came from within the yellow light, unhurried. "Are you blind? Can't you see me?"
Du Busi narrowed his eyes slightly, staring at that increasingly radiant mass of yellow light. It spread out a hundred meters above the ground, and then a figure slowly emerged.
Xuan Zi stood in the air, his right hand gripping a broom. His face wore the impatient expression of someone whose afternoon nap had been disturbed. His tone was calm, but every word was distinct.
