History

Yan Shaozhe personally traveled to Shrek City to assess Feng Tianyu for exceptional admission after learning of his Innate Full Soul Power and externalized Grey Wolf martial soul. He tested Grey Wolf against his Bright Phoenix and concluded that its mutation had not improved its fundamental quality enough to justify early admission. Grey Wolf was overwhelmed by the Phoenix’s pressure and flames, forcing Feng to concede. 5 6

Mu En intervened after Yan rejected Feng, identified Feng’s concealed Body Martial Soul, and reprimanded Yan for nearly overlooking a twin-martial-soul genius. Yan was then ordered to arrange Feng’s enrollment and later registered him as an Outer Court Core Disciple in Grade 1 Class 1. 7 8 13

When Zhou Yi threatened Feng with expulsion over Grey Wolf’s refusal to retract, Yan initially attempted to reconcile the dispute.
