Torrential rain.

Outskirts of Hangzhou City, latter stretch of Route 5.

The armored convoy Sasuke was with was parked at an intersection.

This was also the boundary of the barrier covering this area.

According to the duty schedule, Sasuke and the others were to stand watch here until eight in the morning before moving on to another area.

With the rain pouring down, hardly anyone was willing to get out.

Except Sasuke.

Sasuke was currently wearing a black police raincoat, standing on the pedestrian path some distance away.
