Parting Between Master and Disciple

"Mordred, Neltharion, this is the last time I will see you. We will never meet again."

While Merlin comforted the remaining children, Scathach led Mordred and Neltharion aside. After sharing the joy of their reunion and waiting for the two to calm down, Scathach finally spoke slowly.

"Teacher, what do you mean? Are you not going to be my teacher anymore?"

"Queen, are you leaving Britain?"

Under the probing gazes of the two innocent children, Scathach took a deep breath and gritted her teeth. In the end, she decided to tell them the truth. "I'm not leaving. I'm going to die."
