By the lake on one side of the capital, Leon sat beside that lone grave, staring at the calm, windless surface as his thoughts churned.
Leon did not know what feelings his wife held toward him—did she resent him, or did she feel guilty?
Yet Morgan still gave no response, leaving Leon with no idea where to begin.
"Forget it. I came to see you today because I wanted to tell you something. I'm going to the southern region of Bretonnia. There's a giant spider from beyond this world there, and I'll be leading a force to subjugate it."
