The Rebellion Officially Begins

"Your Highness, where are we going?"

Mordred led the temporarily conscripted army into the imperial palace and arrived at the palace hall equipped with an elevator.

This was the only entrance Mordred knew of that led underground from within the imperial palace. It was an extremely secret location, known only to him, his father, and a select few who were qualified to know.

Even these soldiers—imperial guards who stood watch in the palace every day—did not know much about the truth of it.

They would still need these soldiers' strength next, so Mordred explained, "There is actually a vast space beneath the imperial palace. I suspect the rebellion..."
