The first level lay ten thousand meters underground and served as the site of the Mage's Association under Leon's management.
The second level spanned from ten thousand to forty thousand meters below ground. Various magical beasts and mysterious objects from the Age of Gods dwelled there. The great magecraft circuit originally located there had later been manipulated by Morgan, who intended to use it to transport the Fairy Domain. It had since been modified by the Machine God into a transport elevator running straight through eighty thousand meters from top to bottom.
