Zenin Tachibana overwhelmed Rika Orimoto with his physical strength, then followed Gojo Satoru’s advice and landed a Black Flash. Gojo intervened with Domain Expansion: Unlimited Void to stop the devastating blow.

• Zenin Tachibana battered Rika Orimoto with a relentless barrage of punches while Gojo Satoru watched.
• Gojo Satoru told Zenin Tachibana to synchronize his physical strikes and Cursed Energy to achieve a Black Flash.
• Zenin Tachibana used his Infinity Perception System to perfectly synchronize his strength and Cursed Energy, unleashing a Black Flash at Rika Orimoto.
• Gojo Satoru teleported in front of Rika Orimoto and activated Domain Expansion: Unlimited Void to block Zenin Tachibana’s attack.

Gojo Satoru and Zenin Tachibana continued their battle after Tachibana resisted Unlimited Void and met Gojo’s Hollow Technique: Purple with a barrage of Black Flashes. Gojo finally won after Tachibana ran out of Cursed Energy, but he recognized that the boy could have defeated him with a little more power.

• Gojo Satoru expanded Unlimited Void, but Zenin Tachibana remained unaffected and continued his Black Flash punch.
• Gojo combined Blue and Red into Hollow Technique: Purple, which shattered Unlimited Void and devastated Tokyo Metropolitan Third Public High School.
• Tachibana withdrew his fist and blasted Purple apart with repeated Black Flashes, then advanced on Gojo.
• Gojo and Tachibana fought a second round until Tachibana’s Cursed Energy ran out and Gojo blocked his final punch with Purple.
• Gojo concluded that he had won, but thought Tachibana could have beaten him if the boy’s Cursed Energy had been stronger.

After fighting Gojo Satoru, Zenin Tachibana accepted his invitation to join Tokyo Jujutsu High. Gojo agreed to let Tachibana’s two younger sisters enroll and to provide a home on campus for their mother.

• Gojo Satoru and Zenin Tachibana introduced themselves after their fight, and Gojo recognized Tachibana as the prodigy who had left the Zenin Clan at twelve.
• Gojo admired Tachibana for standing against the Zenin Clan and invited him to join Tokyo Jujutsu High, offering to help develop his skills.
• Tachibana considered the offer and agreed, asking that his two Sorcerer sisters enroll with him and that their mother receive a place to live on campus.
• Gojo accepted Tachibana’s conditions on behalf of Principal Yaga Masamichi and welcomed him and his sisters to Tokyo Jujutsu High.

After Gojo Satoru recruited two Special Grade students, Zenin Tachibana taught Tokyo Jujutsu High’s first-years to use their bodies more effectively and accidentally discovered Reverse Cursed Technique. When Tachibana tried Cursed Technique Lapse, his Infinity Perception shut down and uncontrollable Cursed Energy threatened the planet, leaving him and the others alarmed by the danger.

• Yaga Masamichi furiously scolded Gojo Satoru for destroying a school building and leaving a huge hole, until Gojo revealed he had recruited two Special Grade students.
• Zenin Tachibana taught close-combat training to Tokyo Jujutsu High’s first-years, including Gojo Satoru, and explained how breathing could improve physical control.
• Gojo Satoru tried to imitate Tachibana’s breathing, began coughing, and used Reverse Cursed Technique to heal himself.
• Tachibana recognized the positive energy from Reverse Cursed Technique and asked Gojo to explain it and Cursed Technique Lapse.
• Tachibana immediately performed Cursed Technique Lapse, causing Infinity Perception to vanish and releasing a torrent of Cursed Energy that shook Tokyo Jujutsu High and terrified beings around the world.
• Gojo Satoru begged Tachibana never to use the technique again, and Tachibana promised he would not destroy their home as he realized he could not fully control the planet-threatening power.

Zenin Tachibana continued training Tokyo Jujutsu High’s first-years and easily defeated Hakari Kinji after Hakari used his Domain Expansion. A week later, Gojo Satoru announced the upcoming Tokyo-Kyoto Goodwill Event and said Tachibana would not participate, leaving the first-years to compete.

• Gojo Satoru kept Zenin Tachibana’s role in the earlier global panic secret to prevent Jujutsu Headquarters and other schemers from targeting him.
• Hakari Kinji challenged Tachibana again, and Tachibana threw him into the ground six times before Hakari rose and activated Idle Death Gamble.
• Hakari hit a jackpot for infinite Cursed Energy, but Tachibana overwhelmed him with physical blows until Hakari canceled his domain.

While Tachibana was away, Geto Suguru arrived at Tokyo Jujutsu High, rejected Yuta Okkotsu’s refusal to join him, and declared war with the Night Parade of a Hundred Demons on December 24.

• Zenin Tachibana defeated the first-years in a training match, then gave each student advice on improving.
• Tokyo Jujutsu High defeated Kyoto Jujutsu High at the Goodwill Event in under half an hour, with Yuta Okkotsu eliminating the other participants after Todo Aoi charged in alone.
• On November 5, 2017, Geto Suguru arrived at Tokyo Jujutsu High while Zenin Tachibana was away and asked Yuta Okkotsu to help create a world for sorcerers alone.
• Yuta Okkotsu refused Geto Suguru’s proposal and attacked him, but Geto Suguru evaded the strike as Gojo Satoru confronted him.
• Geto Suguru declared that he would launch the Night Parade of a Hundred Demons in Tokyo and Kyoto on December 24, then summoned hundreds of Cursed Spirits to keep Gojo Satoru from stopping him.

Zenin Tachibana learned that Geto Suguru’s true target was Yuta Okkotsu and rushed back to Jujutsu High, where Geto was attacking Yuta and his friends. After Yuta awakened Rika and fought Geto, Tachibana arrived and took over the battle, leaving Geto to face him.

• Zenin Tachibana overheard Geto Suguru’s accomplice reveal that Geto was targeting Yuta Okkotsu and Rika, so he raced from Shinjuku to Jujutsu High.
• Geto Suguru defeated Panda and Inumaki Toge, leaving them and Zenin Maki gravely injured, before Yuta Okkotsu confronted him with Rika.
• Yuta Okkotsu used Cursed Speech to destroy Geto’s summoned Cursed Spirits, then treated his injured friends while Rika held Geto back.
• Geto Suguru fought Yuta Okkotsu and Rika with Playful Cloud as Zenin Tachibana broke through the Curtain and arrived at Jujutsu High.
• Zenin Tachibana told Yuta Okkotsu to check on the injured people and faced Geto Suguru, who readied Playful Cloud against him.

Zenin Tachibana defeated and killed Geto Suguru after overpowering him in close combat and destroying his strongest Cursed Spirit and Maximum Technique. Gojo Satoru returned to Tokyo Jujutsu High, collected Geto’s body, and carried it away, leaving its burial place unknown.

• Zenin Tachibana battered Geto Suguru and drove him into a deep crater, then began closing the earth around him.
• Geto summoned Tamamo-no-Mae and 4,461 Cursed Spirits, but Zenin Tachibana killed Tamamo-no-Mae with a Black Flash.
• Geto launched Maximum Technique: Uzumaki, and Zenin Tachibana cut through the attack and fatally slashed Geto from neck to waist.
• Zenin Tachibana treated Maki and the other two as Gojo Satoru returned and carried Geto Suguru’s body away.

In June 2018, Zenin Tachibana met the new first-years and demonstrated his strength against Ryomen Sukuna, the King of Curses. After Tachibana sent Sukuna flying with a Black Flash, Sukuna lost control of Itadori Yuji’s body and disappeared back inside him.

• Zenin Tachibana rejected the Zenin Clan’s attempt to influence him and warned them to leave him alone.
• Gojo Satoru introduced Itadori Yuji, Fushiguro Megumi, and Kugisaki Nobara to Tachibana, who had been assigned to train the first-years.
• Itadori Yuji asked whether Gojo Satoru or Tachibana was stronger, and Gojo said he would probably win.
• Ryomen Sukuna appeared through a mouth on Itadori Yuji’s cheek and challenged Tachibana.
• Tachibana asked Itadori Yuji to release Sukuna, then knocked Sukuna back into hiding with a Black Flash uppercut.

After Itadori Yuji died during a mission, Gojo Satoru and Zenin Tachibana confronted the Jujutsu Headquarters’ role in sending him and the other first-years into danger. Itadori revived in the morgue just as Zenin Tachibana left to confront the higher-ups, and Gojo chose not to stop him.

• Zenin Tachibana caught Itadori Yuji after his fight with Ryomen Sukuna and encouraged him to keep growing stronger.
• In July 2018, Itadori Yuji faced the Special Grade Cursed Spirit Cursed Womb: Death Painting to protect Fushiguro Megumi and Rose, and Ryomen Sukuna took control after Itadori was nearly killed.
• At the Tokyo Jujutsu High morgue, Gojo Satoru accused the higher-ups of arranging Itadori’s death, while Ieiri Shoko prepared to examine his body.
• Zenin Tachibana arrived, learned the higher-ups had wanted Itadori dead, and left to confront them despite Ieiri Shoko’s warning.
• Itadori Yuji revived in the morgue with his wounds healed, and Gojo Satoru welcomed him back.
• Gojo Satoru told Ieiri Shoko he would not stop Zenin Tachibana from going after the higher-ups.

Zenin Tachibana killed the Jujutsu Director and the three Assistant Directors, then reorganized Jujutsu Headquarters under Yaga Masamichi with support from the Special Grade Sorcerers and little resistance. The Zenin Reformation left Kenjaku furious as it disrupted his thousand-year plan, and he met with his Special Grade Cursed Spirit companions in Dagon's domain.

• Zenin Tachibana defeated nearly a hundred Jujutsu Sorcerers at Jujutsu Headquarters and killed the Jujutsu Director and three Assistant Directors.
• Zenin Tachibana announced that Headquarters would move to Tokyo Jujutsu High, Yaga Masamichi would become Director, and four Special Grade Sorcerers would serve as Assistant Directors.
• Gojo Satoru, Yuta Okkotsu, and Tsukumo Yuki were surprised by the appointments, but the surviving Special Grade Sorcerers tacitly supported the change.

Kenjaku sent Jogo to confront Zenin Tachibana and Yuta Okkotsu, hoping to learn how strong Tachibana was. When the Special Grade Cursed Spirits reached the boys, Tachibana accepted Jogo’s challenge and began fighting him alone.

• Kenjaku worried that Zenin Tachibana’s actions had undermined his plans and let Jogo leave to fight Tachibana and Yuta.
• Kenjaku followed Jogo with Dagon, Hanami, and Mahito while Tachibana and Yuta rode back to Jujutsu High after an exorcism mission.
• Tachibana sensed the Special Grade Cursed Spirits ahead, including one controlling Geto Suguru’s body, and warned Yuta that a signal jammer prevented them from calling Gojo.
• Kenjaku told Jogo to attack first, and Jogo demanded a one-on-one fight with Tachibana.
• Tachibana taunted Jogo, sent Yuta aside to watch for interference, and blocked Jogo’s fireballs with his Cursed Technique Longblade.

Zenin Tachibana killed Jogo and Dagon, while Yuta Okkotsu battled Hanami until Gojo Satoru arrived and captured the cursed spirit. Kenjaku persuaded Mahito to continue with his plan, and three days later Tachibana and Gojo discussed Sukuna’s fingers and Itadori’s condition.

• Zenin Tachibana killed Jogo with a devastating Black Flash, and Kenjaku secretly fled as Mahito and the other cursed spirits realized the battle was lost.
• Mahito escaped while Tachibana killed Dagon and let Yuta Okkotsu fight Hanami; after Yuta gained the advantage, Gojo Satoru arrived and took the unconscious Hanami away.
• Kenjaku confronted Mahito in Tokyo and persuaded it to stay involved in his plan to release Ryomen Sukuna.
• Three days later, Gojo told Tachibana that Hanami had killed itself in custody and that the sorcerers had collected five of Sukuna’s fingers.
• Gojo said Itadori continued to suppress Sukuna, and Tachibana headed onto the training field.

Kenjaku’s backstory and plan were explained as Zenin Tachibana trained with Maki and fought Tsukumo Yuki. While Tachibana was overseas, Kenjaku began the Shibuya Incident, and Gojo Satoru arrived at the barrier.

• Kenjaku was described as an existence born from The Entity’s resentment, pursuing humanity’s evolution through Tengen and a plan that depended on sealing Gojo Satoru and defeating Zenin Tachibana.
• Zenin Tachibana realized that Maki and Mai’s twin bond had divided their Cursed Energy and wondered whether he could return Maki’s energy to Mai.
• Gojo Satoru told Zenin Tachibana that Tsukumo Yuki had returned from overseas and was waiting to fight him, and Tachibana went to meet her.
• Tsukumo Yuki attacked Zenin Tachibana, who overpowered her in a fistfight and shattered her Garuda with a Black Flash.
• On October 31, 2018, Kenjaku trapped civilians behind a barrier in Shibuya while Mei Mei, Nanami, and other Sorcerers failed to enter; Gojo Satoru arrived at 8:31 p.m. and reached through the barrier.

Gojo Satoru faced the reincarnated Kashimo and Ishigori Ryu at Shibuya, while Fushiguro Toji revealed Kenjaku’s plan and killed himself again. The chapter ended with Kashimo and Ishigori preparing to fight Gojo as Kenjaku watched from the barrier.

• Gojo recognized Fushiguro Toji and realized that Kashimo and Ishigori Ryu had likely returned through the Incarnation Ritual.
• Kashimo introduced himself as a sorcerer from four hundred years ago, and Ishigori said he came from about six hundred years earlier.
• Toji thanked Gojo for taking care of Fushiguro Megumi and warned him that Kenjaku had ordered them to fight for twenty minutes.
• Toji pierced his own temple and died again, refusing to fight Gojo or interfere with him.
• Kashimo and Ishigori dismissed Toji’s death and prepared to kill Gojo, while Kenjaku trusted them to hold him off for twenty minutes.

Zenin Tachibana learned that a Special Grade Cursed Spirit had attacked Jujutsu High and stolen the Death Painting Womb and Sukuna’s fingers, so he raced back to Japan. As he crossed Africa, a United States military base detected him and launched four hypersonic missiles.

• Zenin Tachibana exorcised a Special Grade Cursed Spirit with a single Black Flash punch and reflected on his pursuit of strength.
• Yuta Okkotsu called Zenin Tachibana and warned him that a Special Grade Cursed Spirit had attacked Jujutsu High and stolen the Death Painting Womb and Sukuna’s fingers.
• Zenin Tachibana told Yuta to protect Jujutsu High and gather the students, then used Sky Walk to race back to Japan.
• Andrew spotted Zenin Tachibana flying across the sky on the military base’s satellite display, and William Cage called the United States president.
• William Cage ordered the launch of four hypersonic Sidewinder missiles, which locked onto Zenin Tachibana.

Zenin Tachibana survived a nuclear strike launched by the United States after Kenjaku controlled the American president. Three hours later, Tachibana reached a U.S. military base in Africa and prepared to confront Hanma Tachibajiro.

• Zenin Tachibana detected four approaching Sidewinder missiles and realized they might carry nuclear warheads.
• Kenjaku revealed that he had used a Cursed Spirit to control the American president and arrange the strike.
• Zenin Tachibana dove underground as the missiles approached, but their nuclear warheads detonated above him and crushed him beneath the earth.
• Zenin Tachibana protected his brain and used Reverse Cursed Technique to recover after the blast.
• Three hours later, Zenin Tachibana emerged at a U.S. military base in Africa and faced the American soldiers, ready to take on Hanma Tachibajiro.

Zenin Tachibana destroyed an American military base and headed back to Japan while Kenjaku sealed Gojo Satoru, took Mahito’s Cursed Technique, and set the Culling Game in motion. Kenjaku left the Prison Realm behind and promised Kashimo Hajime and Ishigori Ryu that he would fulfill their goals.

• Zenin Tachibana disarmed the soldiers at the American base, killed them when they opened fire, and flew toward Japan.
• Kenjaku realized Gojo Satoru’s Limitless was keeping the Prison Realm anchored, then left it behind after sealing him with help from Kashimo Hajime and Ishigori Ryu.
• Mahito gave Kenjaku Ryomen Sukuna’s fingers and the three Death Painting Wombs, and Kenjaku turned on him.
• Kashimo Hajime and Ishigori Ryu mortally wounded Mahito, and Kenjaku absorbed him with Cursed Spirit Manipulation to obtain Idle Transfiguration.
• Kenjaku promised Kashimo Hajime a fight against Ryomen Sukuna and assured Ishigori Ryu he would keep his promise as the Culling Game began.

Kenjaku set his plan to seize Tengen and revive Sukuna in motion while Zenin Tachibana entered the Culling Game to retrieve Gojo Satoru. Sukuna returned by taking over Fushiguro Megumi’s body, but Megumi’s soul began resisting him.

• Kenjaku learned that Zenin Tachibana had survived a nuclear attack, then revealed Gojo Satoru’s sealing to lure sorcerers into the Culling Game and divert Tachibana.
• Zenin Tachibana returned to Tokyo Jujutsu High, learned that Sukuna’s Fingers had been stolen and that Gojo Satoru remained trapped, then entered the Culling Game barrier.
• Kenjaku and Uraume attacked Tokyo Jujutsu High with Choso, Eso, and Kechizu; Uraume later forced Sukuna’s Fingers into Itadori Yuji while Kenjaku went to the Tombs of the Star Corridor.
• Kenjaku defeated Tsukumo Yuki after she used Star Rage to create a black hole, then entered the Tombs of the Star Corridor to reach Tengen.

Tachibana accepted, revived the dead with positive energy, and fell asleep as the world entered an age without Cursed Energy.

• Zenin Tachibana found the Prison Realm containing Gojo Satoru and learned from Yaga Masamichi and Ryomen Sukuna that Sukuna had killed Yuta Okkotsu and attacked Jujutsu High.
• After Sukuna showed him the bodies of his friends, Tachibana unleashed his Cursed Energy, shattered the Culling Game barrier, and accidentally destroyed Gojo inside the Prison Realm.
• Tachibana’s uncontrolled power erased Tokyo and killed Sukuna, Kenjaku, and countless others, while his Cursed Energy continued to threaten the planet.
• The Entity offered to restore the world by changing its energy rules, and Tachibana agreed to pay the cost, asking that Sukuna remain dead.
• Tachibana spread positive energy across the planet as golden rain for three days, restoring the land and its people before falling into a deep sleep.
• The Entity covered Tachibana with earth, and the world entered an age without Jujutsu Sorcerers or Cursed Spirits.
