Hidden in the Night

Kim Taeyeon was utterly annoyed.

But it really was not her fault, nor was it Lin Yuan's.

When Lin Yuan had carried her in earlier, she had been pretending to sleep, and Lin Yuan had had no free hands.

Neither of them could have expected so much to happen afterward, so naturally, they had not locked the door.

Under normal circumstances, it would not have been a big problem.

After all, this was Lin Yuan's home. No one would come opening her door, especially not in the dead of night.

Kim Taeyeon looked around. There was a wardrobe in the room, but it was impossible to hide someone as big as Lin Yuan inside it.

The only place someone could hide seemed to be the layered curtains hanging in the corner?

Kim Taeyeon was still wearing the little formal dress from the banquet, sitting on the bed.

"Why are you still awake? What time is it?" Kim Taeyeon demanded as soon as she spoke.

Im Yoon-ah was a little bewildered by Kim Taeyeon's attitude.

Hadn't Taeyeon unnie always been gentle with her? Why did she seem a little fierce today?

"I can't sleep because I haven't adjusted to the time difference yet. I also slept a little too much during the day. After waking up earlier, I just couldn't fall asleep again," Im Yoon-ah said pitifully.
