Tang San grew up beside Huang Fei in Holy Soul Village. His father, Tang Hao, was a blacksmith who drank heavily and paid little attention to him. Despite being the same age, Tang San treated the orphaned Huang Fei like a younger brother: he cooked extra food, gathered herbs with him, and habitually protected him. 1

At the village awakening ceremony, Tang San awakened Blue Silver Grass and Innate Full Soul Power.
