Baros stood unmoving, raising both hands and firing two energy blasts that vaporized the hundreds of aliens charging at him.

A ripple like a wave through gas spread across the air, instantly shredding the weaker aliens near Baros and Frieza with the scattered force of their energy.

A string of screams rang out. Even as Baros and Frieza fought, they both glanced over from the corners of their eyes.

"Wipe out all these damn scum!"
"They want to destroy Planet Vegeta—kill all this trash!"
"Roar!!"
Groups of Saiyans suddenly appeared, charging madly at the locust-like aliens.
News of the deaths of every Saiyan stationed elsewhere had already reached Planet Vegeta. Combined with Bardock's earlier furious roar and Frieza's enormous Planet Destroyer Blast,
the terrifying aura of death from before, along with the news of King Vegeta's death,
left those Saiyans without even the slightest hope of luck.
Seeing Baros and Frieza locked in fierce battle in outer space while Bardock fought alone,
the Saiyans all Powered Up and rushed forward.
For a time, countless energy blasts flashed continuously through the space outside Planet Vegeta.
Aliens and Saiyans alike fell from the sky one after another, like dumplings dropped into a pot.
To Frieza, those aliens were nothing but trash, completely worthless. He did not care how many of them died.
Yet as he watched Saiyans die one by one, Frieza grew increasingly excited.
He had always regarded the Saiyans as thorns in his side. If every Saiyan died, Frieza would surely laugh wildly in delight.
After all, Baros had lived on Planet Vegeta for several years.
