Silver scales the size of human faces gleamed vividly beneath the sunlight. Its enormous dragon head was estimated to be two meters long, and wisps of silvery-white mist drifted from its gaping maw. It was as though that giant mouth contained an abyss of death itself. More than ten sharp horns of varying lengths extended from behind its head, while a row of massive bone spurs grew along its long neck and back.

With a single beat of her wings, Index effortlessly leaped dozens of meters and charged directly into the knights' formation. She appeared furious. Though she could no longer fly, her physical combat abilities remained immensely formidable. With a casual sweep of her tail, she sent two fanatics flying. A swing of her massive claw tore a knight in half. Blood covered the ground in an instant, and the many knights were stunned by the sight. In truth, they had never expected their opponent to be this powerful. In their eyes, dragons were creatures found more often in legends, or perhaps beasts of some sort. How could one possibly be as ferocious as this?

Just as the ordinary soldiers stood frozen in shock, a dazzling flash of sword light suddenly streaked forth!

The sword in Saga's hand seemed to transform into a blazing rainbow. Where its light passed, the outer half of Index's right wing was severed in a single stroke! Index let out a furious roar and whipped her head around with incredible speed, glaring at the assailant still suspended in midair. Without the slightest hesitation, she blasted a mass of silvery-white breath at Saga. Saga had not expected the dragon to be so fast, and he was immediately sent crashing off to one side.

"Index has definitely been injured, and it must be a serious injury."
