Mirai chuckled. "What do you think, Hinata?"
"What opinion could I possibly have?" Hinata said.
Mao Yihua picked up from beside them, "Mirai, you're the commander directly appointed by the village, so naturally, you should be the one to say it. The rest of us have no right to make decisions. After all, this is wartime, not some children's game of a mission."
Hinata hurriedly nodded as well. "That's right. You're the commander this time, so naturally we'll listen to you. Anything else can be set aside."
The moment the two of them said that, Mirai immediately sensed the shift in the emotions of those behind him. At first, they had not objected to him serving as commander, since this was a mission. But after those two said that, it was as though the entire Hyuga clan and Hatake clan had been placed beneath Mirai.
