After misjudging his first attack and only partially tearing through the beast’s skull, Su Chen uses Teleportation to evade its enraged counterattack. Taking advantage of the bear’s loss of reason and lack of vigilance, he appears above it and drives his dragon claw into its brain. A Soul Power shockwave destroys the brain, killing the hundred-year Soul Beast.

Soul Bone acquisition

When the bear’s body dissolves, its spiritual energy strengthens Su Chen’s Soul Ring age, though no more than an ordinary hundred-year Soul Beast would. However, it leaves behind a golden Soul Bone. Su Chen absorbs it into his palm, turning it into an External Soul Bone. It grants him no new skill but significantly enhances his strength.

Su Chen leaves the Primary Spirit Ascension Platform

Although he could continue toward the Intermediate Spirit Ascension Platform, Su Chen decides not to become greedy.
