"I told you, you had potential even you yourself couldn't see, didn't I?" The White-Scaled Serpent looked down at the Troll who had his face tilted up toward her, eyes closed. Her tongue flicked out before her lips, the corners of her mouth curving slightly as amusement flashed through her vertical pupils.

"Yes. I hadn't expected it either, honored Ulathek." Sensing the serpent goddess's teasing, Zul'ra lowered his head slightly, an easy smile on his face. There was none of the panic he had felt when first meeting this serpent goddess.

"Is there anything you want to say?" Ulathek sensed the other's heart, clear and still as water, yet could detect nothing within it. She could not help lowering her serpent head closer.

"I'm rather lost. It feels like there are too many things in front of me." Zul'ra shook his head.

"Then you may have even more to worry about. As I recall, I asked you to find me a priest, didn't I?" Ulathek asked with a smile.

"Of course I remember. I simply forgot to ask you at the time—what sort of priest did you want?" Zul'ra replied with a smile. Naturally, he remembered that this serpent goddess had asked him to find a suitable priest.

"Naturally, one who can help me gain enough faith. Over these past few years, quite a bit of dust has gathered in my temple." Ulathek sounded displeased.

"Then what do you think of Haimuxi?" Zul'ra asked with a smile.

"Haimuxi? That female Troll? She's only a farmer." Ulathek hesitated somewhat.

"You need a priest who can spread your faith, and Haimuxi can do that. She is indeed a farmer, but more importantly, she is a woman from the bottom of society. She knows what common people need and can spread your faith
