The difference between murder and attempted murder lay in whether the victim had actually died. In a murder case, the victim had indeed been killed—but how could someone already dead report to Haimuxi that they had been murdered?
"The situation is this: Yogi, that farmer, was indeed murdered. But he was revived after his death and came to report the matter to me." Haimuxi looked conflicted. She was almost as baffled as Zul'ra Jin.
"How was he revived?" Zul'ra Jin's expression turned somewhat strange. Resurrection seemed to exist in this world. As long as a throat-slashed victim had not bled dry, and their body was not badly damaged, stiffened, or decayed, reviving them should not have been difficult. But there were not many capable of doing such a thing.

Haimuxi took a light breath and explained the reason behind it all. A dead man coming back to life was not what had baffled her; it was the gods' involvement.
"All instructed by a god? What about the murderer?" Zul'ra Jin raised an eyebrow. Which big shot was stirring up trouble now?
"Yogi never saw what the murderer looked like. But the god has already given instructions, saying that you would soon return. I was told to wait for you here and let you handle it." Haimuxi looked at Zul'ra Jin, unable to make sense of it. That god had told her to hide the victim and seek out Zul'ra Jin, so there had to be some purpose behind it.
"I understand. Take me to see Yogi first. What kind of person is he?" As Zul'ra
