Top Villa, Classmate
A moment later, Zhang Yang sipped tea while the salesgirl beside him leaned in close and softly introduced the houses.
"Would you like me to take you to see one?" the salesgirl asked.
"Of course." Zhang Yang looked at the villa floor plan and pointed to one in the best location. "Take me to see this one."
"Certainly, Mr. Zhang. You really have a good eye—this is considered the premier villa in our complex," the salesgirl praised sincerely.
"Is the unit price for the premier villa a little higher?" Zhang Yang asked curiously.
"The price is about the same, but it has a larger area. The registered floor area is around 580 square meters." As she spoke, the salesgirl handed Zhang Yang her business card.
"Mr. Zhang, shall we head over now?"
Zhang Yang nodded and casually glanced at the card. The salesgirl's name was Su Xiao. Simple and easy to remember.
On the way to the villa, Zhang Yang made small talk with Su Xiao.
"You must have just graduated from university, right? How long have you been selling properties?" Zhang Yang asked offhandedly.
"I graduated last year and have been in the industry for a year." Su Xiao wore a tailored business suit with a fitted skirt, which suited her quite well. "Are you buying for yourself or as an investment, sir?"
"As for me, I'm buying it for my parents to live in. I live in Magic City," Zhang Yang replied.
"You're such a filial son. I also really want to work hard and make money so I can buy my parents a better home someday." Su Xiao smiled as she flattered him, but there was genuine longing in her eyes.
"I wouldn't dare dream of a villa. I'd be satisfied with just a
