The gilded dome of the God Realm Hub still held a clear light that had not faded in ten thousand years. The Perception Instrument, which monitored energy fluctuations in the lower planes, should have had divine essence flowing transparently through every inch of its runes. But now, a faint, almost imperceptible dark red stained its northwest corner, as if someone had casually splashed a drop of blood ink over it, concealing the Asura Divine Power that should have been spilling outward.
The Asura God returned on a blood-red cloud. A few bloodstains still clung to the hem of his left sleeve. He dismissed his Asura true form, and before the mortal aura of Douluo Continent had even faded from his fingertips, he casually withdrew his divine power and headed for the Asura God Palace.
As he passed the edge of a forest, a figure wrapped in dark purple Destruction energy suddenly blocked his path.
