The man walked up and looked down at Murong Zhige with an amused smile. "Kid, you're really no good, are you?"
At that, Murong Zhige simply lay flat on the ground and closed his eyes. "Fine, fine, fine. Senior, just kill me."
Seeing him like this, the man chuckled and shook his head. "What's the matter, kid? You want to die that badly?"
Hearing this, Murong Zhige froze, then opened his eyes. "You're not going to kill me?"
"Heh heh. When did I ever say I was going to kill you?"
Murong Zhige sat up at once, interested. "You're not going to kill me? Then can I leave?"
The man shook his head. "No."
"Fine. Then I'll just lie here and wait to die..." As he spoke, Murong Zhige lay back down and closed his eyes.
Seeing this, the man could only laugh helplessly. "Heh heh. You remind me of one of my juniors from back in the day. That shameless personality of yours is exactly the same."
"Say whatever you like, Senior. I can't get out of here anyway. I might as well be dead." Murong Zhige looked utterly resigned.
Seeing this, the man asked, "Don't you want to know who I am?"
"No, no. The more you know, the sooner you die. I know that much." Murong Zhige shook his head, looking like a man who knew the rules.
The man acted as if he hadn't heard him and began, "I was once in the Divine Realm..."
As soon as Murong Zhige heard him start talking, he clapped his hands over his ears and shut his eyes. But the man casually waved a hand, and Murong Zhige's body was forced upright. His hands were pulled away, his eyelids pried open, and he was left standing motionless.
