the Fourth Mizukage, the Six-Tails Jinchuriki, Yagura.
Guy had cut him in half with a single slash!

At the wound where Yagura had been severed at the waist, beneath the orange-red Tailed Beast Cloak covering it,
dense, tendril-like clumps of Chakra were writhing and growing at a frantic pace!
The tendrils reached out and connected in every direction.
They forcibly stitched Yagura's severed body back together!

Kisame immediately grasped the situation.

He immediately charged forward to help.

She suppressed her fear of Guy's slash and her shock at Yagura's injuries, then rapidly formed Hand Seals.

A massive, ferocious Chakra shark made of water,
and a torrent of thick, scorching acid that stank sharply,
charged in from either side.
They blasted toward the spot where Guy and Yagura were—or, more precisely, the gap between them.
Their goal was clear.
They didn't expect this attack to kill Guy, whose strength was terrifying.
As long as its force and range could drive Guy away from Yagura or hold him back for a moment,
giving their Mizukage precious time to recover,
that would be enough!
