After all, that place was being watched by many factions—devils, Fallen Angels...
Going there would expose her to their eyes.
Miss Moonlit was not strong enough yet, nor did she want to confront those factions too soon.

She had always lived in the castle and knew nothing about the outside world. Now that she had to face this world alone, she had no idea what might happen.
Miss Moonlit before them had been terrifying in battle, but so far, she did not seem to bear them any ill will.
She had already been given the Sacred Gear she wanted. She was also willing to let them leave, so she probably would not do anything to them anymore...

"Didn't they say it would be cloudy today? Why is the sun so huge again? How annoying."
Looking at the sun outside, Miss Moonlit felt somewhat disappointed. The weather forecast had clearly said it would be cloudy today, yet she had been woken by sunlight the moment she got up.
Did that mean she had to stay in the hotel again today?
