Everyone in the group read the message, and their thoughts began to stir—except for a very select few. This was the first cross-world Chat Group mission, and it was a rescue mission in a high-risk world, no less.
That meant they could get their hands on cultivation methods from other worlds, different kinds of supernatural powers, more possibilities, all sorts of treasures, and a whole new world. No, more like an entirely new worldview!
It contained countless worlds and universes, along with powerful beings wholly unlike anything in their own worlds. There was so much information to be gained—not to mention the 1,000-point reward and the mysterious little gift bag.
Among the five original group members, four were tempted. Aside from [Opera Performer Who Likes Rock], who wasn't strong enough, the other four were ready to accept the mission.
But there were only three slots, so they began competing for them.

In the Marvel Multiverse, in Universe ????, somewhere in a desolate stretch of space, a massive warship traveled by folding space, heading toward some unknown destination.
In the warship's control room, a bald giant with purple skin sat in the main seat, while several peculiar-looking aliens stood nearby, reporting something to him.
But the purple-skinned giant didn't seem to be paying attention. Instead, he stared intently at a chat window floating in the void, visible only to him.
[World's Greatest Swordsman (Directionally Challenged)]: "Didn't you have something to do just now? The rest of us can handle the new member. Go on and get back to work."
Thanos read the message from the group's most directionally challenged member. He couldn't tell whether the man was genuinely looking out for him or just being sarcastic. After all, as the Cosmic Overlord, he wasn't exactly a kind soul.
Just as he was about to reply, another message appeared, and Thanos nearly lost his composure.
[Lord of Time and Space Awakening]: "Yeah, yeah, Uncle Thanos, you're so strong that you surely don't care about a few points. Don't compete with little weaklings like us. Kids need to eat too!"
The cheeky tone made Thanos frown slightly. Ebony Maw, who was reporting beside him, wondered if he'd said something wrong and upset Thanos.
As the Cosmic Overlord, Thanos naturally had a broad mind. And since he was part of this remarkable Chat Group, he understood that its members were no ordinary people. They all had tremendous potential or some other exceptional quality.

A handsome young man sitting in a classroom stared into the void. He looked pleased with himself, as if he'd just done something to his advantage.
The middle-aged female teacher at the front of the classroom saw him grinning to himself. Her veins bulged, and she couldn't hold back her furious roar. "Li Jiahao, if you don't want to study, then get out and go home! Don't sit here making a fool of yourself. What are you grinning about?
"Do you even understand the lessons on Awakened Ones? Your parents spent money to send you here so you could learn, not sit around grinning!"
The other students in class shuddered. They all seemed to fear the furious middle-aged teacher.
Several students who got along well with Li Jiahao cast him sympathetic glances.
"You just had to pick a fight with someone, didn't you? And of all people, you picked that old witch. Now I might get dragged into it too."
His deskmate, whose little round face resembled a guinea pig's, pouted and muttered under his breath. He spoke cautiously, as if afraid that Li Jiahao or the furious teacher at the front of the classroom might hear him.
Li Jiahao had been in the Chat Group for a while now. As one of its first members, he still wasn't very strong, but he was many times stronger than an ordinary person.
He'd used the points he earned through check-ins to strengthen himself several times with the Chat Group's enhancement function. His overall strength had already reached the threshold of the first tier.
The Chat Group's power levels were very simple: they ranged from zero to ten.
The lower levels of tier zero covered the range from an ordinary person to someone who could fight a hundred people at once. The middle level was someone who could fight ten thousand. In the void, a corridor built from an unknown power stretched across two worlds. But after an unknown being walked through it, the corridor vanished, as if it had never existed.
Beyond the universe of the Dragon Ball Multiverse lay the Void Hall.
A short man with blue skin wore a priestly robe. Rings of light behind him radiated supreme majesty; even the slightest trace of that power seemed enough to suppress everything!
His deep eyes gazed into the void, surveying the endless Dragon Ball universes along the worldlines from afar.
"Another variable? I hope it can bring a glimmer of hope. The darkness is almost impossible to keep suppressed..."
After the priestly man spoke, the depths of the unknown temple behind him came into view. Endless chains of Order sealed off a room, with layers upon layers of dimensional seals leaving not a single gap.
Yet at that moment, a chilling darkness seeped through. Those whose power was too low would be assimilated and mutated as soon as they came into contact with it!
But the terrifying darkness concealed its presence completely, as if it didn't dare let anyone know it was there. Then it pierced through every seal and entered a Dragon Ball universe...
A low, dark voice spoke from within the sealed space.
"Looks like that guy didn't notice. Soon, very soon, you won't be able to keep me sealed anymore! No, I mean us. Hahaha!!!!"
The boundless dark power began battering the chains of Order and the dimensional seals enclosing the place. They were indestructible; apart from a slight tremor, the assault seemed to have no effect.
Nobody knew that one of the chains of Order had cracked, just a tiny bit, right at that moment. That was how a wisp of dark power escaped, though the crack was soon repaired.
In Universe 7 of a certain Dragon Ball world, three beings from different worlds arrived on Earth.
On a deserted island blanketed in dense jungle and overrun with monsters, three figures appeared out of thin air. There wasn't another soul in sight.
The moonlight fell upon them, revealing their appearances.
All three were men, but each gave off a completely different aura.
One was a shirtless man with a green bandanna tied around his head. He radiated a beastly aura, and three long swords hung at his left hip. It was hard to imagine how one man could wield three swords.
Another wore armor and stood about 1.78 meters tall. He radiated the unrivaled might of an overlord, and his eerie Rinnegan made him impossible to look at directly, as if a single glance would make you sink into its depths!
The last was a high school student in a school uniform, with a youthful face and an innocent-looking smile. Nobody knew what he might do next.
After the three exchanged glances, the three-sword-style swordsman spoke first.
"Call me Zoro. So, where's the new group member who needs rescuing? The Chat Group should've sent us nearby. I'll lead the way and look around."
His confident tone made people want to believe he could find the way. But he was clearly directionally challenged.
His group name was World's Greatest Swordsman (Directionally Challenged), so it was obvious they couldn't let him lead the way, the other two thought.
Uchiha Madara looked at the youthful boy and spoke calmly. "I'm Uchiha Madara. You should both know that. You must be [Lord of Time and Space Awakening], kid. Is the Sharingan any good?"
The boy scratched his head and replied shyly, "It's amazing! The power of the legendary Uchiha Clan really lives up to its reputation."
"Oh, call me Li Jiahao, Jiahao, or Little Li. You're both older than me, after all."
After Li Jiahao finished speaking, the other two nodded to show that they understood. Uchiha Madara continued.
"I'll lead the way. One of you is directionally challenged, and the other is a kid who's never seen blood. Letting either of you lead wouldn't be a wise choice."
As soon as he finished speaking, the imposing figure walked into the jungle without checking whether the other two were following.
Li Jiahao didn't say anything and immediately followed. Zoro, beside him, grumbled, "Tch, I can lead the way too." But he still followed them.
After the three had walked for a while, they still hadn't found the new group member they were supposed to rescue. Instead, a giant rhinoceros charged at them, heedless of the consequences.
The dust kicked up by its charge and the giant trees it sent crashing down showed that the rhinoceros was no weakling. But it had clearly picked the wrong targets.
"Tch. What a pain!"
Zoro put a hand on Yubashiri, ready to cut it down with One Sword Style. But Uchiha Madara acted first. He glared at the rhinoceros with his eerie Rinnegan, and his powerful aura forced it to the ground!
Zoro felt that aura and broke out in a cold sweat. He wasn't afraid, though. He simply understood that, as he was now, he couldn't match Uchiha Madara.
Zoro was confident that one day he'd be no weaker than Uchiha Madara.

Uchiha Madara formed Hand Seals with one hand. A torrent of blazing fire surged from his mouth and reduced the pinned rhinoceros to ashes!

The two men beside him watched the immensely powerful flame attack and couldn't help marveling.
Just then, something unexpected happened. A massive blue beam of light rushed toward them, carrying astonishing speed and overwhelming power!
Even Uchiha Madara's usually impassive face finally showed a hint of emotion. He sensed the tremendous power behind the attack. No body could withstand it.
"Stay close to me. Otherwise, I won't be able to protect you in a moment!"
