Leng Qing flapped her Wings of Wind and flew into the air.

Mu Ningwei nodded slightly. "Chief Judge, I have restrained the civilians below and minimized the casualties as much as possible. Leave the rest to you."

Mu Ningwei looked toward an elderly man with a goatee.
