As soon as he finished speaking, Turles charged forward like a dark dragon.
He was going to pay Vegeta back for every bit of humiliation he'd suffered!
A dim flash of light streaked through the air.

The dim light instantly blazed bright, flickering around Vegeta as punch after punch landed.
The very air shook, and Vegeta cried out in agony.

Vegeta clutched his stomach and spat out a mouthful of blood.
Suddenly, another attack struck him from behind.

Hit from the front and back, Vegeta slammed hard into a tree.
In this form, Vegeta had already struggled to catch Turles. Now, there was even less chance.
He couldn't track Turles's movements at all, and Turles's attacks kept injuring him.

Vegeta's ape-like face twisted into a grimace, his mouth still gaping. Blood poured from his wounds as if there were no end to it. Under Turles's frenzied assault, he had been gravely wounded and could no longer move at all.
