Kasso flew around the area, checking to see if there were any other ripe fruits.
Although these fruits were no use to him or Ausbie, if they waited for them all to ripen and took them back to Planet Sadala, the Saiyans' strength would probably increase several times over!
When Vegeta heard Kasso's words, his eyes lit up and even his breathing grew uneven. He wished he could stuff every fruit here into his stomach.
Even though Kasso said the Spirit Fruits grew less effective with each one eaten, Vegeta didn't care!

Vegeta wanted to ask if Kasso could spare him some Spirit Fruits. After all, Kasso was now the leader of the Saiyans, and his people had to get their leader's approval if they wanted resources.
But before Vegeta could finish, Kasso cut him off. "You and Raditz found this Tree of Might, so you deserve the most credit. Once the fruits ripen, you'll get your share!"
"Good!"
Vegeta gave a small nod, while Raditz grinned widely.
Turles had become so powerful because of the Spirit Fruits. If they ate one, could they reach a battle power of over 400,000 too?
The more Raditz thought about it, the more excited he became. His face even flushed red!
Compared to Raditz, Vegeta wasn't nearly as excited. If he hadn't returned to the Saiyan fold, the fruits would all have belonged to them.
But if he hadn't returned to the fold, he wouldn't even have been able to beat Turles, let alone have Kasso come to his rescue!
