The second level of Angel Realm power utterly crushed the dark creatures below the Angel Realm. Only dark creatures at the angel level managed to survive.
Universe 10.
This universe had no especially powerful fighters. Its only hope was Rumsshi, and Rumsshi was among the weaker Gods of Destruction.
He was blasted into fragments by a death ray. Fortunately, Kusu turned back time and saved Rumsshi's life.
Otherwise, Rumsshi would have been the first God of Destruction to die.
Kusu possessed the third level of Angel Realm power, but Universe 10 was not safe because of that!
