Frieza was still marveling at Cooler's Purple-Gold Transformation when Cooler flashed forward at extreme speed, appearing directly before Frieza and driving a fist into his abdomen.

Frieza's Golden Transformation was knocked back to its original form by Cooler's punch. Then his body fell uncontrollably from the sky.
