A missile trailed a blazing white tail as it plunged toward the ground. With a deafening boom, the fortifications built by The Trinity's mercenaries from planks, dirt, and bricks were blown to pieces. A second missile fell immediately afterward, setting everything around it ablaze. Soil, rocks, and trees all burned in the raging flames. The sudden, devastating strike brought both sides to a halt, but Supiluliumas charged heedlessly into the sea of fire, his fireproof fabric battle robe swallowed by equally crimson flames.
Several gunshots and screams followed. Mangled bodies gushing blood were hurled into the inferno. Even as their skin carbonized, their hair scorched, the pus and blood in their eyes boiled and burst, and their emerald feathered crowns and dark green robes turned to ash, they continued screaming without end. Camila and her squad caught the stench. Though their brains had already been roasted and the flesh on their limbs had hardened like leather, the Quetzalcoatl Cult believers' bizarre vitality kept them struggling in the flames. The grotesque sight sent chills down their spines.
All screams ceased when Supiluliumas emerged from the fire. Without mercy, he crushed every survivor's throat beneath his feet, severed their charred limbs like dead branches, and the Large Caliber Explosive Rounds mounted on the Spear of the Garrison shattered the last gurgles in their throats, extinguishing every miserable life.

Their performance fully justified the immense resources
