Linley was seriously injured and on the verge of death, while Zephyr sustained minor injuries.

Due to the existence of the Sabaody Arena, island three had developed a prosperous tourism industry based around it, and the surrounding ports were filled with tourists from all over the world.

But now, due to the indiscriminate shelling under the Celestial Dragon's orders, these once incredibly prosperous commercial ports had turned into a sea of fire!

Everywhere were ruins and rubble destroyed by artillery shells.

The explosions ignited a raging inferno, and under the fierce flames, screams could be heard endlessly.

"Destroy all the ports, do not allow a single traitor to escape by sea! I will punish them severely and drag them to the gallows!"

Upon thinking of the tragic state of his nephew, Saint Almace, Saint Cainmas's face contorted with rage.

He struck the slave beneath him with his cane, roaring furiously:

The southern great port, where Linley, Fisher Tiger, and Zephyr were located, was also subjected to fierce shelling.

"Teacher Zephyr!"

The Marine Rear Admiral on the other end of the Den Den Mushi finally saw hope. He could no longer bear to see shells fall upon the civilians he had sworn to protect, and quickly waved to the artillerymen.

"Cease fire!"

"Don't stop!"

Another voice rang out – it was Celestial Dragon Saint Cainmas!

"Do you dare to defy the orders of a Celestial Dragon?"

Saint Cainmas picked up the Den Den Mushi and said coldly to Zephyr on the other end, "You are a former Marine Admiral? If so, why aren't you apprehending the traitors who injured my nephew!"

"The Marines will handle the apprehension, so you, whoever you are, don't insult the Marines any further!" Zephyr looked at the bombarded port and ordered, "All Marines, your primary mission is to rescue civilians!"

"Your primary mission is to uphold the dignity of the Celestial Dragons!"

Saint Cainmas roared into the Den Den Mushi, "Marine Admirals are directly subordinate to the Celestial Dragons and must obey their orders!"

Zephyr was furious, veins bulging on his forehead. In the end, he let out a laugh of extreme anger.

"Haha, no wonder Garp was unwilling to be promoted to Admiral."

Zephyr felt a deep sense of powerlessness.

In the corner of that building, a mother and daughter were cowering against the wall, trembling.

Another shell flew in, and with a slight adjustment of its angle, it was about to land at the location of the mother and daughter.

In that instant, all three present reacted.

However, Linley was severely injured and couldn't move at all.

Zephyr, due to his position, was half a beat too slow and unable to rescue them in time.

Only Fisher Tiger was closest to the mother and daughter!

Without the slightest hesitation, the tall, crimson Fish-Man charged forward, then leaped, blocking the mother and daughter.

He swung a fist with strength tens of times greater than a human's, colliding with the cannonball!

He turned around and looked at the mother and daughter.

Fisher Tiger looked at the girl, who was only four or five years old, and asked, "Aren't you afraid of me?"

The little girl shook her head. "Uncle saved me and Mommy. Uncle is a good person!"

"Life is inherently like this. There are the strong and the weak, the evil and the good."

Linley clutched his chest and said, "Humans are like this, Fish-Men are like this, everything in this world is like this."

Zephyr also laughed a few times, but it was clear he was in a very bad mood. "Well done, Fish-Man. Now, I'm going to teach that scoundrel who repeatedly insulted the Marines a lesson."

Saying that, Zephyr prepared to move but was stopped by Linley.

"Teacher Zephyr, are you going to stop the Celestial Dragon?"

Zephyr nodded.

"If he can't capture me, he won't stop firing," Linley said calmly.

Zephyr clenched his fist and grinned, "In that case, let's just make it so he can't issue orders for a while."

What Zephyr meant by "can't issue orders" was in a physical sense.

"Attacking a Celestial Dragon is a grave crime," Linley said.

"For me, insulting this Marine uniform is the grave crime!" Zephyr replied.

Linley thought for a moment and suddenly said, "Teacher Zephyr, may I borrow your Den Den Mushi?"

"Hm?" Zephyr was a little confused but still took out his Den Den Mushi and handed it to Linley.

Linley opened the Den Den Mushi and cleared his throat.

"Hello, hello? Can you hear me?"

A moment later, Saint Cainmas on the other end of the Den Den Mushi replied, "Is that the former Admiral? Your voice is wrong, who are you?"

"Me?" Linley chuckled. "I'm the one who injured Saint Almace. I just snatched this Den Den Mushi."

"It's you!"

Saint Cainmas was instantly enraged. "I'll lock you up in the deepest underwater prison and make you regret being born into this world."

Linley grinned and said, "Is that so? Then come and try!"

Saint Cainmas's voice turned cold. "Do you know what those words mean?"

"I know very well."

Linley took a deep breath, ignoring his internal injuries, and roared into the Den Den Mushi:

"I am BOSS Lynn Barek!"

Linley's voice, transmitted through the Den Den Mushi, echoed throughout Sabaody Island Three!

"I hereby declare war on the Celestial Dragons!"
