"Have you lost your mind?"
Harvey's eyes widened behind his gas mask. "There are hundreds of criminals locked up in Arkham Asylum. All of us combined wouldn't even fill both hands. What's the difference between taking the initiative and marching to our deaths?"
Du Mu calmly explained, "Even if we hole up here, those criminals will find their way over sooner or later. The control room manages the access system for all of Arkham Asylum. If they want to break through the lockdown and escape, they have to take this place first."
Gordon frowned deeply. "That's true."
Du Mu continued, "So rather than wait here for them to gather and surround us, it's better to strike while they're still scattered across different areas and haven't built up enough strength. We can take the initiative and lock them back in their cells in groups. That's the only way to minimize the risk."
Gordon fell silent for a moment before slowly nodding. "It's a feasible plan. In that case, we'll split into two teams. One team stays behind to guard the control room, and the other comes with me."
"No need."
Du Mu raised a hand to stop Gordon. "I can handle this mission alone."
"No. Absolutely not!"
Gordon immediately rejected the idea. "A lot of those criminals have guns. If you go in alone without anyone covering you, it's too dangerous!"
Du Mu remained composed. "They're about on the same level as those people from the False Face Society. Nothing major."
Gordon was momentarily speechless.
He suddenly remembered that Du Mu had wiped out the False Face Society by himself and captured Black Mask. These armed criminals truly weren't much by comparison.
Du Mu added, "Besides, the control room is the top priority. We need enough people here to prevent the
