While Barry drew away all the lightning, Du Mu gripped the Spear of Longinus and flashed straight toward Ares, thrusting his spear fiercely.
Ares had already experienced the Spear of Longinus's piercing properties. Knowing that any defense was useless before it, he had no desire to take it head-on. He flew backward to widen the distance from Du Mu while raising an arm to summon lightning once more.
The dark clouds in the sky churned in response. Brilliant light flashed, blinding bolts streaked across the heavens, and rolling thunder crashed down, targeting Du Mu... and Barry, who was sprinting below.
Seeing another massive wave of lightning join the pursuit, Barry's face turned green.
Fight each other if you want. Why do you keep aiming at me!?
Du Mu sneered and taunted, "You call yourself the God of War, yet all you can do is hide far away and throw lightning? If you've got the guts, come fight me up close for three hundred rounds!"
"Since you're looking to die, I'll grant your wish!"
Provoked by those words, Ares's face darkened. He seized his giant axe and charged at Du Mu.

Du Mu shouted and met him with the Spear of Longinus, looking as if he intended to clash
