Tobirama captured Kalifa, seized the Pluton Blueprints, and killed Lucci and Kaku before departing for Sabaody Archipelago. He arrived to find the Celestial Dragons had not escaped and prepared to hunt them with Hancock and Vivi.

• Tobirama exposed Kalifa as a CP9 agent, defeated her, and ordered Hancock to bind and take her away.

Tobirama arrived at Sabaody, protected his companions as they went shopping, and entered the Human Auctioning House to take Stella. The chapter ended with Saint Charmaco pointing a gun at Tobirama and Tobirama challenging him to choose how he wanted to die.

• Saint Charmaco ordered his CP0 guards to attack Tobirama and demanded that Stella be stripped, so Tobirama burned the guards to ash with Amaterasu.

The chapter ended with Imu agreeing to meet an envoy from Monkey D. Dragon’s Revolutionary Army to discuss an alliance.

• Monkey D. Dragon met Imu and proposed an alliance between the Revolutionary Army, the remaining World Government forces, and the pirates to fight the Uchiha Empire.
• Imu agreed to share intelligence and place Uranus under Dragon’s command, on the condition that the Four Emperors joined the resistance.
• Dragon told Ivan he would cooperate with the World Government to drive out Tobirama Uchiha and rescue his captured father, then ordered the resistance to contact Shanks and the other fighters.

Obito Uchiha and Kakashi Hatake confronted Shanks and demanded that the Red Hair Pirates submit to the Empire or die. After negotiations failed, Shanks attacked Kakashi, who struggled against Shanks’s Future Sight.
