Shimura Danzō was already furious. He raised his voice at the Third.

The only time he'd encountered anything like it was when he'd fought Fourth Raikage A.
He wasn't even sure whether Shinichi Hyuga had used his full strength.
Minato Namikaze's words plunged the room into silence once more.
They had already thought highly of Shinichi Hyuga, but they hadn't expected him to be on the Raikage's level.
"Minato, are you sure?"
Sarutobi Hiruzen asked again, his expression grave.
