Anno caught the punch aimed at his chest with his arms crossed over each other, taking two steps back before steadying himself.
His arms had gone slightly numb from the blow, but Anno did not care in the slightest.
Lancelot's face bore the marks of being beaten, and he panted heavily, a trace of red in his eyes.
Anno's punches came incredibly fast. Lancelot raised a hand to block, and then father and son raised their knees at the same time, crashing into each other once more.
Gritting his teeth, Lancelot suddenly lunged forward with a headbutt, only for Anno to evade again.
Anno spun and extended an arm, sweeping it toward Lancelot's head. Lancelot suddenly ducked low, then drove a straight punch hard toward Anno's abdomen.
But Anno changed moves just as quickly, dropping his entire body backward. Lancelot's punch struck nothing but air, and Anno's legs suddenly shot up, smashing squarely into Lancelot's chin from below and kicking him into the air.
Lancelot crashed heavily onto the ground and did not get back up.
In truth, his magical energy did not feel weakened in the slightest, yet he had never felt as powerless as he did now.
He stared blankly up at the sky, too lazy even to wipe away the blood running from his nose.
