Was Miyamoto Musashi the same as the Amakusa Shirou Tokisada before her?
In terms of how they existed as human beings, perhaps they truly were quite similar.
Both possessed the inexplicable ability to travel between worlds, and their very existence could be considered mobile Singularities. The only difference was that one was more anomalous, while the other was less so.

"There is nowhere for you to return to! And no one remembers you—your very existence no longer belongs to any world!!!"

That finger then tapped lightly against his own chest.
